Cart Path Restrictions: During the early season at both courses and in the weeks prior to the PGA TOUR's Barracuda Championship at Old Greenwood. Carts will not be permitted to leave the cart path.

Dress Code: Men must wear a collared shirt and no denim. Ladies must not wear any denim.

No Smoking: High fire danger conditions exist all summer long. No smoking allowed on course or near any native vegetation areas.

Pace of Play: 4.5 hours or faster

Golf Carts: Only two carts will be provided per foursome. If you are a single joining a group, you will be sharing a cart with that group. Additional carts are offered at a fee of $35.

Booking Window: Members - 45 days. Public - 30 days.

Dynamic Pricing: Rates change based on demand. Book early to save. For the best price, book a Two-Course Package.

Single and Twosome Policy: With your best interest in mind, we reserve the right to slide singles and twosomes ten minutes based on the flow of the tee sheet.

Severe Weather Policy: Tahoe Mountain Club follows the USGA protocol for severe weather. When lightning is detected within 10 miles, all play is suspended and golfers will be asked to seek shelter and return to the clubhouse. After 30 minutes without a lightning strike in a 10-mile radius, play can resume.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a tee time without being penalized. Tee times canceled within 48 hours of tee-off will be treated as no-shows and the rounds will be charged in full. This amount will be charged to the account on file, or the credit card provided at booking. Out of respect for other golfers who are looking to play and to avoid no-show fees, please cancel tee times or remove players from your tee time prior to 48 hours before tee-off. After 3 no-shows, golfers will lose online booking privileges and will only be able to book over the phone, 3 days in advance of a tee time.
